to learn more about the world , to enhance cultural understanding, to motivate students to use the Internet as a source of information, to encourage students to work smoothly in groups, to build up students’ confidence by demonstrating their work on the school walls.

The idea for this project came from our textbook: Think Teen, 2nd grade of Junior High School (advanced), page 49. After reading about the amazing places in this unit, students were asked to find information about other amazing places they would like to visit. Then, they had to concentrate on five points of interest and prepare a poster adding relevant visual material to their work ( photographs, drawings etc).
